I like to show my love through food, mainly baked goods as love the idea of spending hours on something to be consumed by a loved one in a matter of seconds. The fleeting nature of the this act making it all the more special. A silly little painting on name play for Dudley

A sticky toffee carrot cake with homemade marmalade, cardamon cream cheese icing, caramelised walnuts and sticky toffee sauce. I made this fusion cake for my partners birthday celebration and moving into our first home as it was a blend of his two favourite cakes. Quite messy but delicious all the same.
