about a lobster
this is part of a set of sea life inspired embroidered napkins I have been very slowly working on and aren't quite finished yet (i am going to gift them, but that's a secret- can you hold onto that secret for me?)
Awaken
It frightens me to think about the future of our beautiful planet. Without a change in behaviour, attitude, and appreciation, we have and will continue to face irreparable changes. Have we reached a point of no return? I still hold fragments of hope that someday, hopefully soon, there will be a turning point. I took this brief as more of a metaphorical "wake the f*** up!" to the world leaders and massive corporations & industries that continue to ignore their environmental impact - but still blame us for it. p.s. it's not 100% finished <3
